had good sleep at the king room with a good desk for working at, a wonderful bathroom, as for instance. the location was very central, short walk to columbus center or the u-boat museum as well as shopping mall. besides, it was 5 min drive to aria resort & casino.

The room (218) was a bit small. But adequate. On my next visit I would prefer a double or larger bed and a more firm pillow

The location is good for visit harvor. Taxi costs 6 Euro from the main station. There are bus stop "Big Charch" cost only 2.2 Euro.

They offer dinner but the hotel restaulant is expencive.

The hotel was very comfortable and situated in a convenient position for the town. The staff were very friendly with a good knowledge of English. The restaurant was very relaxing, with friendly, helpful staff. The food was excellent, well presenented and worth the money.

Tea as an option for coffee in the reception area as there are not facilities in the rooms.

the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the dinner menu was unique and of excellent quality. the bar manager was exceptional, making my visit to the bar and restaurant a must for all guests. Although the hotel doesn't offer a view of the coast, it is conveniently located next to a mall and just meters away from the Christmas market during the holiday season. I had a great experience and found the price to be very reasonable for the level of service and quality of facilities.
